Instructions for Authors

Submission of papers

The extended abstracts (usually two A4 pages) should be submitted using the Electronic Submission Server.
If you are unable to submit the abstract electronically, please contact the conference chair.

All submissions will be peer reviewed.

Please note:

"Full Paper" is a “review-to-present” submission type. Each paper must have at least one author participating in the reviewing process.

Please check with your co-authors to make sure that at least one of you has agreed to be a reviewer.

Instructions for Authors

Your papers will be published in the proceedings CD of the ICL conference.

Please upload the camera ready copy of your papers via the
Electronic Submission Server by 31 August 2012.

Please follow the format instruction by using the following template.doc

Authors also may publish their papers in the Online Journals of OnlineJournals.ORG. In case of questions ask the publication chair.

Please note:

The conference proceedings will be submitted to IEEE Xplore^®. This ensures a wide dissemination of your valuable work.

The copyrights of the papers are transferred to IEEE (except US or crown governments).

IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.

Papers excluded from further distribution will be archived at IEEE but will not be indexed or appear in IEEE Xplore.

Instructions for Poster Presentation

The papers accepted for a poster presentation must all appear as posters in the poster stand area.

The posters will be at display throughout the entire conference.

The poster stand area will be situated in the discussion area. Here, coffee will be served and the workshop participants can circulate among the displays during the whole workshop.

The posters ought to be attended by the authors during all coffee breaks on all conference days. This should ensure that all participants are given sufficient time to examine the posters and discuss with the authors.

Please follow the instructions below closely:

1. Each author is responsible for preparing his/her display. Stands (height: 100cm, width: 70cm.) and tape will be provided by the conference secretariat.
2. In any case limit your display to the sizes indicated above.
3. It is recommended that lettering and drawings/figures should be large enough for easy reading from a distance of 2m.
