Virtual Internationalization of Education (VIE)
About
This special session will take place during ICL 2013 in Kazan, Russia (25 - 27 September 2013) as a special programme item.
It is well known that internationalization will become increasingly important for various reasons in the tertiary education. VIE 2013 provides an interdisciplinary forum for international scientists to discuss various aspects of internationalization of education supported by electronic tools.
The main aims of this special track are:
- to investigate strategies for introducing virtual internationalization of education, and
- to investigate the optimal use and exploitation of ICT.
