IGIP-SPEED 2014 Young Scientist Award
We would like to invite you to apply for the IGIP - SPEED 2014 Young Scientists Award.
Applications should be sent in the form of a scientific paper. All submissions are subject to a double blind reviewing process. The authors of the three best submissions (only one author per paper) will be selected to present their work during a special award session during the IGIP conference. This year the IGIP Conference will take place in Dubai, from 03 - 06 December 2014.
All three arwardees will receive:
- Free IGIP Conference participation
- 50% of the travel expenses (economy flight)
- Free accommodation (4 nights max)
- 1 year IGIP membership
- SPEED Membership
- 50% registration fee towards the next Global Student Forum
- Work will be included in the Conference proceedings and indexed by IEEE Xplore digital library
Guidelines for submission of applications
Applicants must be younger than 30 years to submit an application. The application will be in the form of a scientific paper and MUST include aspects of engineering education and pedagogy. The ceremony will be held during a special session where the awardees (max. three) will present their work.
The selection process of all applications will be carried out through a double blind reviewing process with reviewers specialists in the field of engineering education and pedagogy.
The final decision will be done by a joint award committee with two members of both IGIP and SPEED.

03-06 December 2014 - IGIP Conference. Award session will be scheduled later.
