Camera-Ready/Final Papers

All presented papers will be published in the Springer series "Advances in Intelligent Systems and Computing". (Details). For a timely production and submission of the proceedings, it is IMPORTANT that you

• Do not forget to add the authors' names
• mark the corresponding author in the paper, write her/his e-mail address (the corresponding will be contacted by Springer before the final publication to approve the layout-editing made by Springer)
• respect the final deadline
• sign the copyright & consent to publish form (papers without the copyright signature cannot appear in the proceedings)
• make sure to write correctly author's names throughout the whole submission – in the paper and in the submission system (verify the metadata)

What to submit?

• A final PDF corresponding exactly to the final sources
• the source files (WORD or LaTeX (for LaTeX include non-standard fonts and figure files in a .zip archive))
  • WORD 2007 template/instructions: splnproc1110.zip
  • LaTeX2e template with Springer class file, sample input, doc...llncs2e.zip
• The Consent to Publish form – printed, signed by hand, scanned copyright form as PDF or DOC – whatever is easier for you to handle.

Please note that papers exceeding the maximum number of pages cannot be published. Springer will print a book, and page numbers are really limited.
